Our Approach

We offer flexible and tailored capital solutions through hybrid debt and equity investments. This allows us to deliver our investors both downside protection and outsized returns in today’s volatile markets.

Non-control investments between $20-40M within four discrete sectors

Opportunistic investments in companies with situation-specific circumstances.

Automated tracking of +30,000 companies and collaboration with 30 Operating Advisors to source new investments.

What We Look For

Companies with market values between $250 million and $2.5 billion are our focus. While we are not fixated on historical growth rates, we generally seek to invest in companies that either are currently, or were previously, profitable.

In the ongoing migration of commerce to a digital ecosystem, the inherent value of payment systems lies in enabling frictionless transactions on a global scale.
